## Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
## Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, Teams and email, to respond to progress queries
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
## Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English Language skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry tasks
