We are seeking a Customer Service Advisers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers where appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous

Pay: From £25,860.00 per year

- Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
