Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, returns, and exchanges, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with managing inventory, ensuring that products are well-stocked and accurately displayed.
- Support the preparation and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and share insights with the team.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as updating customer databases and handling correspondence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
