You have an exciting opportunity to work at our head office based in Marsh Barton, Exeter.
As part of the store operations department, you will provide excellent customer service for our seasonal stores. You will also perform administrative duties to support the Store Operations Manager.
The job requires a balance of first-class communication, organisation and administration skills and the ability to multi-task. You will need to be able to work with other members of the department, but also have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
Calendar Club is the UK's biggest and best retailer of calendars, diaries and gifts. Between September and January we open 250+ Calendar Club stores across the UK and Ireland and our website trades year round.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to Operators and Territory Managers (TMs) working with all Head Office departments
- Provide operational and technical support to Operators and TMs
- Complete administrative tasks as required
- Complete general tasks as required for example: data collection, filing, printing and laminating
- Pass feedback from Operators and TMs to line manager, for use when policies and procedures are being reviewed
Personal Specification
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. However, it is essential for the candidate to have a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Along with the following qualities:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to plan their own time to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- A team player
- Adaptable and able to work in a busy environment with a varied workload
