- AAT Level 2
- Minimum 2 years working in an accountancy department
- Strong Excel and general computing skills
- Daily and Monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing and payment of purchase invoices
- Managing account transactions
- Completing quarterly Machine games duty returns
- Completing monthly Bingo Duty returns
- Completing government returns and surveys
- Upkeep and payment of site licences
- Reconciling monthly credit card statements and posting to Xero
- Liaise with other departments with regards to payments for Seasonal, Storage, Owners and booking fees
- General account admin
- Experience in Xero, Brightpay, ApprovalMax and AutoEntry would be ideal but not essential
- Good people skills as to fit in with a large team
Full Training and support will be provided. Flexible work from home and hours of work. (Although the first 2-3 months we ideally require office presence on a Tues, Wed, Fri)
Study support and company funded AAT level 3 would be considered for the sucessful candidate. (After 6 month probation period)
24 hours a week, flexible working times and place of work (After initial 3 month period)

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
