Following successful promotion, we are looking for an Apprentice to support the People Team with a range of administrative tasks within the People function to ensure a consistent quality of service to both internal and external customers.
You will be required to act as front of house reception, greeting all visitors to the department and referring them to colleagues in the People Team as necessary.
You will need to have GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent), relevant work experience which could include; high pressure environments, customer service, skills in word processing and spreadsheets, you will also possess accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workloads.
This is a full time post which covers 5 days per week with 1 day allocated to study, throughout the Apprenticeship you will work towards HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3 which is a CIPD Accredited qualification delivered by South Devon College, you can find out more about this course here
