Are you ready to find personal fulfilment in a role that truly matters? Join us at Rowcroft Hospice, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bank Promotions Officer to initially lead in driving sales for our flagship event – The Big Tackle.
About the role:
As the Bank Promotions Officer, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to engage with diverse community groups and local businesses, uniting them for a cause that makes a real difference. This role is all about driving ticket sales and building strong relationships that support the vital work we do. You’ll be comfortable identifying the best way to connect with potential leads, out in the community and setting up calls. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our events like The Big Tackle and help provide essential care for families in South Devon.
What you’ll do:
- Drive ticket sales for The Big Tackle, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Engage with local businesses and community groups to encourage participation.
- Build strong relationships at all levels, turning conversations into action.
- Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to identify and seize new sales opportunities.
What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role you will need to be a target-driven salesperson with a passion for making a difference. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
You’ll have a hands-on approach and be a self-starter who thrives on creating opportunities and enjoys the challenge of achieving sales goals.
