Finegreen are currently supporting a large healthcare organisation in the interim appointment of an experienced HR Business Partner. This a newly funded appointment, tasked from a HR perspective of bringing multiple providers together to transform services across a regional footprint for better patient outcomes. The role will also cover some general day to day HRBP expected within a large NHS organisation. Overview of the role:
- Working with 3 to 4 sites/bringing those providers together in relation to specific patient pathways which will be hosted by the organisation;
- Helping with the transformation of bringing services together, needing HR Support, not a TUPE exercise, more of a virtual organisation being created ‘a network’;
- Looking at the current structure, helping them know what they need to look like in the future; Potential harmonisation of policies and procedures, underpinned by AfC terms and conditions; covers about 750-1,000 staff in its entirety;
- Due to the above not being a full time appointment will also be Business Partner for IT, Finance, R&D; covers about 800 staff;
- Finance and R&D are business as usual;
- IT is both business as usual and their EPR programme.
Ideal candidate:
- You will need to be good at relationship building with a good knowledge of HR practice;
- Degree level education or equivalent;
- Graduate CIPD member; relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience;
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice;
- Knowledge and appreciation of strategies to overcome resistance to change.
