About the role
The NHS Employers Reward Team is looking for a Senior Programme Support Officer to support the delivery of their reward programme of work. This is a varied and busy programme which has a focus on how reward and recognition can support workforce challenges such as attraction, motivation and retention within the NHS.
As a Senior Programme Support Officer, you will:
- Manage allocated workstreams that support and enable delivery of the programme
- Research and source good practice which can be used to produce resources which can be shared with NHS trusts and external organisations
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and develop web-based materials and communications.
About you
We would love to hear from you are interested in working at a national level to support employers in the NHS with reward and recognition.
You will have:
- Some understanding of the NHS workforce and the wider issues currently affecting the NHS
- Experience of leading or facilitating events or meetings and engaging the audience
- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience of using initiative and working with minimum supervision/independently
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Good written skills, with experience of minute taking and producing web content.
