Job Summary:
We are looking for a new member of our Customer Service team. You will be the first contact with new customers and provide a warm welcome on arrival from our front-desk office, help with phone enquiries, manage bookings through our web based booking systems and helpdesk software.
This role would suit someone with previous customer facing or customer service experience combined with some experience of office administration.
Hours of work will be ideally 3 or 4 days a week from 9 to 5.30 and some flexibility to provide holiday cover.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a friendly and accurate pre-sales advice about our courses to customers via email, phone and face-to-face;
- Processing online and telephone orders via a web-based admin system;
- Providing email support via online helpdesk software;
- Managing student accommodation bookings;
- Providing a warm welcome to customers on arrival;
- Supporting students where necessary;
- Retail shop orders;
- Administration duties and printing;
- Resolve customer complaints;
Ours is a 7 day a week hospitality business including some bank holidays, so some weekend work will be required.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 34 per week
