This part-time post (0.5 FTE spread across Monday-Thursday) is available immediately on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a committed candidate to work with and support a team of learning and development professionals to help deliver the University’s key development programmes. Working with the Head of People Development and the Learning Development Managers the postholder will support the delivery of our commitments to the University Apprenticeships programmes, Exeter Leader, Exeter Professional and Exeter Academic workstreams.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for and understanding of learning development principles, evaluation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help all colleagues, both Academic and Professional Services, in their career journeys at the University. Comfortable working in a team where communication is vital, the role offers the chance to collaborate on multiple projects, working with different areas of the University requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach.
