More detail about the role The postholder will provide administrative support in delivering the Trust's organisational policies and procedural document management function. This involves maintaining accurate records of the position of trust procedural documents, the uploading and removal of Trust-wide documents to the Trusts intranet, routine and accurate archiving of previous document versions, and maintenance of the Trusts central policies/ procedural documents archive. The postholder will be required to provide advice, guidance and training for staff on the consultation and approval processes, style rules for policies and guidelines.
This includes providing expert advice with regard to hyperlinking and formatting, referencing and version control. Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week to be worked during office hours.
