Job description

The role

As a Office Administrator you will be required to undertake variety of office work but main duties will consist of:

Assisting the Managing Director and Project Managers with the administration of construction projects and general office management.
Handling HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recording performance reviews, tracking leave, organising training, and offboarding.
Conducting regular reviews of driving licenses, health and safety documents, and accreditation records.
Organising social events for staff.
Registering jobs for various clients.
Coordinating the servicing, MOT, and tax requirements of company vehicles.
Maintaining office supplies and stationery.
Managing phone calls, emails, and mail efficiently.
Collecting, recording and processing weekly timesheets.
Raising and issuing sales invoices, ensuring scheduled customer payments are received on time.
Processing purchase orders and delivery notes, verifying that all costs match agreed quotes before payment, and entering costs into relevant systems.
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into internal and finance systems.
Performing general administrative duties across the business, maintaining internal schedules, and completing ad hoc tasks as required.
