Location: Totnes (and various other locations)
Contract: Full time, permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, term time only

Long-Term Teachers are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation committed to supporting young people and adults with special educational needs (SEN), learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an impactful programme designed to facilitate personal growth, education and employment pathways for individuals aged 16 - 24.
About the role:
As a Special Needs Job Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored training and support programmes that prepare young people for meaningful employment and community participation. This includes providing one-to-one and group based sessions in education and work related activities.
