Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and assess pupils’ learning, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Inclusive Teaching: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that caters to the needs of all students.
  • Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
  • School Involvement: Participate in extra-curricular activities and help maintain the school's positive ethos.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in KS1 is preferred, though experience in EYFS or KS2 will also be considered.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
