Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher looking for a meaningful role in a brand-new specialist school? This unique opportunity to be part of an innovative provision designed to support children and young people with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Located in the scenic Devon countryside, this new school is dedicated to helping students with emotionally based school avoidance and anxiety rediscover their love for learning in a supportive, tailored environment. About The Role:

As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome anxiety-related barriers to learning. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personalised learning strategies to engage students with complex needs
• Providing in-school teaching and targeted interventions 
• Offering outreach support in alternative settings to facilitate access to education
• Working closely with families, external professionals and support networks
• Leading staff training on best practices for supporting anxious learners

• Qualified Teacher with experience in SEMH, autism or SEND education
