Materials Online is an online supplier of building materials, sold across three
specialist eCommerce stores. As the company is expanding, we are seeking a
self-motivated and experienced Product Listing Administrator to
join our growing team based at our head office in Plymouth.
This role requires a motivated individual who can adapt easily to
managing various tasks and requirements, although full training will be given
in all aspects of the duties below:
- Creating, reviewing and amending/updating product listings via our
eCommerce admin system
- Updating prices across individual products and full catalogue ranges
- Working with figures and pricings across Excel Spreadsheets
A proven track record of data entry in a
fast-paced environment will be essential to the successful applicant. Other
requirements include:
- Educated to a
minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Computer Literate with an excellent knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to absorb new information quickly
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Fast,
efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard
of written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on additional duties
- The ability to work effectively within a team and
independently
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
