Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Student Progress: Monitor and assess pupils’ learning, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Inclusive Teaching: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that caters to the needs of all students.
- Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
- School Involvement: Participate in extra-curricular activities and help maintain the school's positive ethos.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in KS2 is preferred, though experience in KS1 will also be considered.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
