Are you an experienced and passionate teaching assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and supportive team at a school in Newton Abbot, Devon.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high-quality support to teachers and students in the classroom.
• Leading small groups or one-to-one sessions to support learning and development.
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring inclusivity and tailored support for all learners.
• Working collaboratively with staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Supporting students' emotional and social well-being, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their educational journey.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified HLTA or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience in supporting students with diverse needs is an advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.

This is a part-time role, offering a competitive daily rate of £100 - £110, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and welcoming environment, with ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.
