What You’ll Do

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and energise your team to deliver first-class service and seamless operations
• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant and bar operations
• Motivate and develop staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Drive revenue and efficiency, making a profitable contribution to the park
• Champion guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who is:

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Experienced in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or similar supervisory role
• A strong communicator and organiser, able to manage a fast-paced environment
• Confident in decision-making and problem-solving
• A true team player who can inspire and develop others
