Personal license holder and previous experience within F&B, stock control and team management desirable!

As a Deputy Food and Beverage Manager you will:

• Manage to a consistently high quality of service and administrative organisation all areas of the F & B and retail departments
• Oversee the operations and running of the department
• Ensure standards are maintained and trained into all team members
• Monitor ongoing profit performances and take appropriate action to achieve or exceed budget
