Audit Manager

Are you an experienced Audit Manager with aspirations to quickly progress to a Senior Manager role? Our client is looking for a highly skilled Audit Manager to join their team and play a key role in their Audit department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Plan Engagements: Lead, plan, and deliver a broad range of corporate audit engagements.

Execute Assurance Engagements: Manage assurance engagements from planning to completion, including statutory and group reporting.

Develop Trainees: Coach and develop trainees, helping them become accomplished business advisors.

Budget Monitoring: Monitor budgets and agree on fees for each assignment.

Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Business Development: Contribute to business development activities in the local marketplace, enhancing the firm’s presence and client base.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will have some of the below:

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA Qualification (or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in managing a broad portfolio of audit clients.

People Management Skills: Excellent people management skills with a track record of developing team members.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with people at all levels.

Commitment to Success: A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Transportation: Access to transport and a full driving license.
