Shift Engineering Technician – Join Our Dynamic Team!
Hours: 11am - 11pm, 3 days on and 3 days off shift

We’re looking for a Shift Engineering Technician to support our production teams in minimising downtime and maximising operational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a knack for fault diagnosis and equipment optimisation, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide Expert Support: Help Production Technicians resolve complex machine-related issues.
- Be a Process Specialist: Act as a go-to expert on specific equipment, sharing your knowledge and skills.
- Mentor and Develop: Guide and train technicians, fostering their growth in fault diagnosis and technology use.
- Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance equipment, focusing on cost, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support Projects: Contribute to new equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Initiatives: Oversee small-scale process improvement projects, collaborating with key departments.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven track record in high-volume assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP systems for maintenance, part ordering, and fault diagnosis.
- Engineering Expertise: Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, electrical, and servo systems.
- Communication and Mentorship: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude when working with teams.
