Education and Academic Services
The Education and Academic Services Directorate (EAS) provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Freshers’ week to Graduation. This role is within the Education Support team which provides the core and critical operational support for teaching administration and support for delivery of taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
About the role
We have several exciting opportunities for the role of Education Support Advisor to join our Education Support Teams, on both the Streatham and St Lukes Campus. We have a mixture of a permanent and fixed term roles available. All roles are full-time.
All staff within Education Services are expected to work on-campus as well as from home, on a rota basis. All new external appointments to the team will be asked to work from campus for up to 3 days per week, whilst training is completed.
This role is expected to take operational responsibility for the delivery of taught programmes across an assigned delivery package. This role would be allocated to a "hub" but would be expected to act as a flexible member of a wider team, offering support and assistance across all teaching and education programmes, and/or changing responsibilities and deploying expertise as required by developments of the Faculties/programmes and the needs of the service. The Education Support Advisor role has a key responsibility to ensure that the overall team complement for Education Support is working effectively to deliver a seamless and high-quality service, within any distinct programme or Faculty responsibility allocations and to broader Education Support and Student Services service standards.
Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this role.
