We are looking for a skillful Administrator to work with our busy Construction client in Exeter. Ideally you will be experienced in the following areas.
- Purchase Ledgers
- Contracts Admin
- Commercial support
- Working with subcontractors
- Managing Databases
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with a variety of colleagues, customers and contractors.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Be comfortable working across different departments
- Be willing to undertake further training and possible site visits to gain a better understanding of the company
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm and this is an office based role.
