We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Enquiries Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. What You’ll Do:
As the Enquiries Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for families across multiple channels including Famly, email, phone, and social media, delivering a warm, personalised experience for each enquiry.
- Guide families through the registration and admissions process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
- Support occupancy and KPI growth by managing incoming enquiries with efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
- Accurately track and monitor enquiries data and occupancy levels, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise our enrolment process.
- Use software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Famly to manage communications, track enquiries, generate reports, and share updates.
- Apply attention to detail in managing a high volume of enquiries and adapting to changing priorities with ease.
- Work collaboratively with the Business and Senior Team to support growth and maintain our exceptional standard of care.
- Use initiative to improve the enquiries process, contributing to our occupancy targets, reputation, and long-term relationships with families.
- Managing the funding process to ensure accurate and up to date records of our children's booking plans and invoicing.

- Tech-savvy: Skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, and quick to adapt to new software (training provided on specific systems).
