Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide accurate information and advice.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the trade counter.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions accurately.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous experience in the electrical industry is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
