As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide accurate information and advice.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the trade counter.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions accurately.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
Previous experience in the electrical industry is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,222.00 per year
