ISS is looking for a dedicated Facilities Support Manager to take ownership and accountability for facilities maintenance services across multiple sites, including corporate offices and technical locations.
In this brand new role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the wider facilities function, including security, technical, and corporate services, to create a consistent and effective service experience that adapts to the evolving needs of the business.
Additionally, you will provide reactive support for urgent and critical issues, which may require out-of-hours work; extra remuneration will be provided for these efforts.
This role is ideal for someone with hard services experience seeking a regional position.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage facilities maintenance services for multiple sites, including corporate offices and technical locations
- Ensure local delivery of FM services, enhancing the experience for visitors, contractors, and employees
- Conduct low-level compliance activities, such as flushing, EML flick tests, water temperature testing, fire alarm system tests, and shower head cleaning
- Assist with ad-hoc building fabric repairs, including re-lamping, site clearances, ground maintenance, minor plumbing, and painting
- Report to the Regional Operations Manager to support overall facilities functions, including security and technical services, maintaining high standards and consistent service experiences
- Provide reactive support for urgent and critical issues, which may include out-of-hours work, compensated accordingly
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Good working knowledge and experience of hard and soft service delivery in line with the portfolio of responsibility
- IOSH, Facilities management or other operational management qualification
- A strong customer focus and customer management experience is critical
- Capability to overcome problems and implement effective solutions
