Job Purpose
The Communications Associate will have the task of creating and delivering clear, concise, and engaging communications to our customers through different channels. Your main objective will be to guarantee that our customers receive precise and prompt information, uphold a positive customer experience, and cultivate strong connections with our brand.
Main responsibilities
As a Communications Associate within this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing customer communications to support company objectives and initiatives.
- Working closely with teams across the company, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to gather insights and information for customer communications.
- Crafting, editing, and proofreading materials aimed at customers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and style guidelines.
- Managing communication schedules and calendars to ensure timely delivery of messages and campaigns.
- Monitoring customer feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in customer communications.
- Assisting with crisis communication efforts as required, including drafting statements and responding to customer queries during critical incidents.
A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (desirable).
Previous experience in customer communications, marketing communications, or a related role (desirable).
