We are recruiting for a Order Management Support Assistant role on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the production of MAN’s Bus & Truck network through its entire cycle. From order to build through to handover and invoicing, you will project manage the full journey. There are numerous internal processes that you will have to follow and you will deal with multiple stakeholders, whether that be the sales team, customer, external supplier, internal workshops or the factory that produce the vehicles you will be expected to work with them to ensure that key deadlines are met in order to successfully deliver and handover a customer’s vehicle on time.
In order to perform this role effectively, you will ideally have a background in a similar role, that could be working with cars or other light vehicles or trucks, but motor trade experience would be a huge advantage. Alongside this experience, you should have a proven experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, be good at prioritising workloads and dealing well under pressure. You will need to be resilient, have excellent time management abilities and a keen eye for detail.
