Job Title: Part Time Grant Administrator

Contract: Permanent (Established)

Hours: Part Time, minimum of 14.8 hours up to a maximum of 22.2 hours per week (37 hours per week pro rata, 0.4fte up to 0.6fte)

Location: Home Based/Flexible

Salary: Band B - £23,088 - £25,133 per annum pro rata to hours worked, depending upon experience plus 8% employer pension contribution.

Every year we are lucky that around a quarter of our income comes from grant funders. However no two grants are the same and it is critical that management of our grants takes on a flexible approach.

The Grant Administrator plays a pivotal role supporting the Grant Officer claiming income from awarded grants. Your primary responsibilities revolve around administering grant documentation and working with Project Officers to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

We are seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail who is accustomed to working with timetabled deadlines. Candidates must display a positive attitude towards managing high-volume tasks, showcasing the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
