The Osborne Apartments is a stunning self-catering resort in an exclusive location offering holiday rentals and holiday membership. We are looking for a well-presented individual with lots of personality and great customer service to join our busy Reception Team. Not only will you be checking guests in, arranging their departure bills and handling queries during their stay, you will also be the first point of contact on the telephone for enquiries, reservations, and other queries so a confident and clear telephone manner is a must. In addition, the role will include general office work including typing, filing and photocopying.
We are seeking a dynamic, professional person with plenty of previous experience in a front office reception, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry. You will also have an up-to-date working knowledge of Microsoft Office, together with a high level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
The hours are on average 10-20 per week which will be arranged on a rota basis between 8am and 7pm and which will regularly include weekends as well as bank holidays. The successful candidate will be available for work during these times, and willing to be flexible according to the business needs. Fixed days Sunday and Monday.
