Overview
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our team in managing daily administrative tasks for a small construction company. We are expanding and starting a couple of new buisnesss, so hours will increase.
This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent clerical skills and the ability to handle various office duties efficiently.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage office correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping tasks, dext and Xero.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Strong clerical skills for data entry and document management
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Office administration experience is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
