As Coordinator in our Disposal Sales Team, you will provide effective and comprehensive administrative support in the delivery of sales across our asset portfolio.
You will need to be an effective communicator, liaising with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, who has the ability to prioritise and meet agreed time scales.
This role is being offered on a permanent, full time basis and is based in our Exeter office. A hybrid working style is an option.

To be considered for the role of Coordinator – Disposal Sales, you will be / have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written, IT, verbal and presentation with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Good level of knowledge and experience of MS office and database systems
- Previous experience in a busy administration/coordinator role
- Understanding and experience of property sales. (D)
- Knowledge and understanding of data protection regulations in a sales environment
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet agreed timescales
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative
- Knowledge of social housing sector. (D).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous manner with the ability to build a rapport with stakeholders and external agencies.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload in order to meet performance targets.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to demonstrate flexibility.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
