This role offers an excellent chance to apply your clinical expertise alongside your knowledge of service improvement, ensuring that our care pathways are continually evolving to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the evaluation of the SAFTI, Trusted Assessor and 52-hour protocols both in terms of quality and safety. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including inpatient transformation resources, community leads, service users, carers and the Complex Emotional Needs Quality Improvement Board. Provide leadership and expert clinical knowledge to the team. Work closely with a Senior Peer Support Worker to ensure the integration of lived experience into service improvement. Use your expertise to promote and implement evidence-based approaches to care. Report to Strategic Lead for Acute Services in the Adult Directorate.
