The post holder will be a key member of the team, whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the use of information, knowledge, and technology to support a range of projects and initiatives. The role will provide high quality support for a range of functions including projects and data analysis. The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery, and to inform the ICB of themes, priorities, and areas of focus. The post holder will support the use of Datix within the Quality function, ensuring staff are fully trained and supported in use of the product including system maintenance, accuracy of data input and design and production of reports to enable the system to be utilised to its fullest potential. As part of this role, there will be a requirement to work in a matrix and flexible way across multiple areas/teams to support business needs. The objectives of the role will be regularly reviewed to align to organisational priorities. The essential qualifications and experience of this role are to be educated to NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or an equivalent level or qualification or significant equivalent in previous proven experience.
