SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCERS EXECUTIVE
Role type: Full time
Location: Head Office in Dartington (near Totnes); some home working is an option when meetings and deadlines allow
Core working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday; flexibility is required for weekend posting and occasional events
Role purpose:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Social Media& Influencers Executive to support the execution of our social media and influencer activity, helping to implement a strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement and supports our business goals. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, this role is focused on the day-to-day running of our social media accounts, influencer relationships and content creation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.

It'll be your job to add value by:
Strategic support
- Collaborating with our Brand Marketing Manager to support a cohesive social media and influencer strategy that communicates all that is exciting and engaging about the brand
- Planning a structured programme according to our brand communication pillars and goals, aligning activity with that of your colleagues and engaging with internal leaders and stakeholders to ensure appropriate consultation and oversight.
- Understanding our customer and all the places we may find her across social channels, defining target audiences and tailoring content to reach and engage effectively with these segments
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social media performance using relevant tools, and presenting findings and recommendations in formats appropriate to other/leadership roles
- Staying aware of social trends, emerging platforms and evolving influencer marketing techniques to ensure our strategy remains relevant, innovative and effective, and that our content always feels fresh and innovative
Content creation & visual storytelling
- Producing and posting high-quality content for social media, including imagery, videos, reels and other engaging formats that align with our brand aesthetic and messaging
- Proposing compelling, on-brand captions that engage the audience and encourage interaction
- Optimising content and media formats for different social platforms, and managing the organisation of content threads/topics (eg YouTube channel layout or Instagram Highlights)
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually compelling and brand-aligned assets
Community engagement & customer interaction
- Managing day-to-day community engagement, acting as a knowledgeable and engaging point of contact for our followers
- Responding to customer queries, fostering meaningful interactions and ensuring our social platforms remain active and engaging
- Collecting, analysing and sharing feedback to ensure that social media is a constructive and positive feedback tool, and that full value is gained from identifying areas for improvement
Influencer & partnership management
- Assisting in the planning and management of an influencer and partnership programme, identifying and nurturing valuable relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and collaborators
- Supporting the creation of influencer content calendars, ensuring a mix of engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our community and supports our broader marketing strategy
- Handling day-to-day influencer communications and content coordination, ensuring brand messaging and engagement remain consistent and aligned
Internal & industry platforms
- Managing and curating content for the internal Instagram channel, working closely with teams across the business to share engaging updates, celebrate achievements and foster a sense of community across multiple locations
- Overseeing our LinkedIn account, ensuring a regular flow of platform-relevant content that highlights business successes, industry insights and company culture, complementing our presence on other social platforms
- Nurturing and maintaining internal platforms with the same strategic mindset, creativity, and attention to detail as customer-facing channels, ensuring they remain engaging and valuable for the business.
Collaboration & campaign support
- Working with the wider marketing and e-commerce teams (including paid social and affiliates owners) to ensure that planning, activity, reporting and insights all support our business goals and objectives
- Surfacing key trends or topical opportunities within the creative and marketing teams as may inform wider planning or campaigns
- Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager with with other marketing initiatives, including campaigns, launches and seasonal trends.
