Full Time - Projects Support Administrator

Wignall's Ltd is a local company that provide a multitude of interior joinery from Kitchens, Bathrooms and bespoke joinery.

We are seeking an experienced Projects Support Administrator to work from our Head Office in Heathfield, Newton Abbot.

The individual will provide efficient and responsive support to our projects teams. This role is vital for the smooth running of the business. The candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team and on their own, as the role requires regular interaction with others across the business. Excellent social skills and communication are a must.

Duties:

Admin Tasks, to include:

Producing job cards - updating job file records

Quotations – preparing and collating documents for the retail team

Purchase Orders – sourcing goods, raising orders for the relevant suppliers and tracking materials

Invoicing - issue invoices to clients for projects

Schedules - assist in managing office calendars and schedules

General Admin - assisting all team members as required.

Project Control, to include:

Liaise with customers and team in order to keep project on track

Produce Works documents for fitting team

Ensure timely requests for customer payments

Issue Customer Care packs

Customer Service, to include:

Assisting customers with their enquiries

Customer aftercare and feedback

Phone calls – handling incoming calls and directing to the correct person.

Experience:

Previous experience supporting projects and sales teams
Previous experience within the industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Sage software would be advantageous
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Effective and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days - Monday to Saturday on a rota

Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (4:00 pm Saturdays)

Holiday: 20 days pro rata plus bank holidays
