More detail about the role Our Phlebotomists form an essential and well-respected part of our healthcare team across a number of dynamic settings; including outpatients and inpatient wards. You must have experience taking patient blood samples. The Team Phlebotomists are an integral part of the Outpatient Team. Working Pattern: The post is for 16 hours per week, covering a variety of shifts over the 7 day week. We provide a phlebotomy service on the inpatient wards between 08:00 and 12:00 on a Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 11:30 during Bank Holidays and weekends. We also run a phlebotomy service in the Outpatients where we are open between 09:00 and 16:50 Therefore our shifts are either 04:00 hours or 08:00 hours depending on the need of the service. Depending on your shift pattern and working hours, you may also receive additional enhancements to your pay. Working Pattern: 16 hours per week.
