Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them with their bookings and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming reservation requests via phone
Provide detailed information about our services, facilities, and local attractions to potential guests.
Assist guests in making reservations.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
Keep accurate records of all reservations and communications in the system.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests.
A background in guest services or customer support will be beneficial.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

We operate between 9am & 10pm 7 days a week, hours are offered on a shift basis and include 1 weekend day / evening.
