Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them with their bookings and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone
- Provide detailed information about our services, facilities, and local attractions to potential guests.
- Assist guests in making reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
- Keep accurate records of all reservations and communications in the system.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests.
- A background in guest services or customer support will be beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
We operate between 9am & 10pm 7 days a week, hours are offered on a shift basis and include 1 weekend day / evening.
