Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess excellent phone etiquette, and have strong communication skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email and web based platforms
- Provide assistance and information to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products applicable to their requirements
- Upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

-The confidence & ability to analyse customer requirements effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to promote lines

- Experience in data entry is preferred

This is a full time role, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday in our head office. Saturday's will be required on a rota basis, either as overtime or a day in lieu.
