Location: Okehampton Training Camp, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 1QP

Main Responsibilities

First point of contact on Okehampton Training Camp Reception. Issuing car passes and keys to customers
Maintaining document recording for technical services
Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo
Data capture and input
Work order processing
Auditing records
Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
Answering incoming telephone calls
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent Office and Administration skills
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
Strong communication skills with people on all levels
Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
Ability to follow processes within time constraints
Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence due to the rural location of this site
