We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple client projects.
Analyze project data, metrics, and financials to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are on track and within scope.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all project requirements are understood and met.
Assist in risk management and provide solutions to potential project challenges.
Perform post-project analysis to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Client-facing experience is a plus, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with diverse clients or in a consultancy environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
