We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple client projects.
- Analyze project data, metrics, and financials to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are on track and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all project requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in risk management and provide solutions to potential project challenges.
- Perform post-project analysis to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Client-facing experience is a plus, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with diverse clients or in a consultancy environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
