Role and Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to pupils who require additional support.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom preparation.
• Promote the well-being and social development of all students.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• Be patient, approachable, and adaptable.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Have a genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
• Hold a valid DBS check (or be willing to obtain one).
