We’re currently on the lookout for friendly, adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work with schools around the Cullompton area. This role is super flexible—you choose when and where you work!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping out in the classroom alongside teachers.
  • Supporting individual students or small groups to boost their learning.
  • Creating a fun and safe learning environment.
  • Quickly getting to know new schools and students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience working with children is essential.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet the schools’ needs.
  • A passion for working with kids and helping them shine.
