Sales Administrator
We are looking for an full time Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave, Fixed Term Contract from 2nd June 2025 until 3rd April 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and checking vehicle orders
- Collate delivery information and pre-delivery inspection instructions
- Keep customers informed of the status of their order and delivery updates over the phone
- Arrange Registration and Licences for sold vehicles
- Invoicing
- Reporting
Essential Skills:
- Experience of working in an administrative role for at least 2 years or experience of working in the automotive industry in a similar role would be preferred
- Competent level of organization
- Good communication skills with customers and fellow team members
- A friendly and helpful phone manner when handling customer enquiries
- Confident with Microsoft and able to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
This is a Fixed Term Contract position from 2nd June 2025 until 3rd April 2026, 40 hours per week at £12.21 per hour.
