Role and Responsibilities

As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' academic progress and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independent thinking.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to enhance learning experiences.
  • Adapting teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.
  • Taking part in school activities and contributing to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and inspiring teacher who meets the following criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
  • Previous experience in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but teachers from other key stages will be considered.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to high-quality teaching.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
  • A team player eager to contribute to the school’s supportive and welcoming environment.
